Cheese Boardroom specialises in cheese appreciation events showcasing the best seasonal artisan and farmhouse cheese from Australian and around the world. Our classes offer a fun and tasty look at the world of cheese – learn the stories behind your favourite cheeses and how to match them with wines, beers and even whisky.

Cheese Boardroom events are hosted by Alison Brien – one of Sydney’s most passionate and respected Fromagers. Over the years Alison has worked in some of the city’s best cheese rooms sharing her knowledge and passion with those new to the delights of speciality cheese and life-long cheese-lovers alike.

Alison has trained under leading French Cheese Master Hervé Mons, obtained the UK Cheese Guild’s ‘Diploma of Cheese’ and represented Australia in the ‘Cheese-Monger Invitational’ – a kind of Olympics for Cheese-Mongers and Fromagers held in New York.
